Felt Gaskets

We specialize in producing felt gaskets from wool and synthetic felt according to customer specifications. Many machines and devices require seals with non-standard dimensions that are not available in regular sales and must be made exclusively to order. We manufacture felt gaskets in the form of strips, discs, and die-cuts.

PROFILC specialises in manufacturing custom-made felt seals and gaskets from natural wool felt and synthetic felt. We offer felt gaskets in various thicknesses, densities and hardness levels, tailored to the individual technical requirements of our customers.

Our standard felt seals and gaskets are manufactured from high-quality wool felt with a density of 0.38 g/cm³, available in various thicknesses. Upon request, we also manufacture felt components from materials with different technical specifications.

Our felt seals and gaskets are used in machinery, industrial equipment and production lines. Depending on the application, they provide sealing, dust protection, cushioning, surface protection and lubrication functions.

We manufacture felt seals and gaskets in a wide range of shapes and dimensions, including rings, discs, washers, strips and irregularly shaped components.

In addition to felt seals and gaskets, we also offer industrial felt pads and custom-cut components for primer application, oiling and lubricant distribution in machinery and industrial production lines.

With our in-house production facilities, we provide precision CNC cutting, die-cutting and the application of single-sided self-adhesive backing.

We handle individual orders, small production batches and high-volume manufacturing runs of 100,000 pieces or more.

All felt seals, gaskets and custom-cut components are manufactured according to individual customer specifications, based on technical drawings or supplied samples.
